White diesel smoke and loud sucking sounds sound and bad miss

I have a 84 6.9 IDI runs but bad miss and lots of white smoke and loud sound from air cleaner swapped all injectors but no change in problem please help

Did this just start or did you buy the truck like that? I had the same issue with a truck i bought non running. Once i got it running it did what your explaining and i found it was 180 out of time after the previous owner did a water pump he got the timing wrong.
