I'm interested in hearing what your recipe is for blending WMO and Kerosene to get the right viscosity. Ideally I'd like to even be able to start my truck (cold) on my WMO mix.

My first run at the centrifuge I had about 25-27 gallons of WMO ( probably a mixture of mostly 5-30 and 10-30) and 5 gallons of fresh diesel. The oil was heated up to 150 degrees prior to filtering.
I think my mixture there is close, but not there. I can start the truck on it cold, but it shakes and smokes quite a bit. If I start on Diesel and get the truck warm, then flip over, I have no issues.

Whats your secret recipe to get your WMO viscous enough?

50/50 in winter if you call this winter here.... 80/20 in the summer works great.

I mix 3 jugs of wvo with one jug of hydraulic then top off with dino

i mostly run about a 50/50 WMO mix, if i know is going to warm i creap it up to a 75/25 or so mix and about the opposite in the winter months unless there is going to be a real cold snap them i run straight diesel.

every truckis a little differant and temps play into it as well. sometimes i have to baby the throttle a bit if i mix to strong and it gets cooler out. i cant complain though for the money i save.

About 70% WMO 30% #2ULSD in summer, and 50/50 in winter- with starts and finishes on straight #2. The fuel heater and Facet e-pump really help.

i have found my limitation to be the ability to actually pump the fuel, not the engines ability to burn it.

pumping it through my engine fuel filter to my injection pump in my truck. i dont have gages all along my fuel lines but i believe that the electric pumps i have used have trouble pulling thicker mixes through the factory lines from the tank.

i am in the process of adding a 1" feed line from my bed tank to my engine driven powersteering/fuel pump. i was using 3/8 lines but had starvation issues, this "should" feed it nicely even in colder weather. we will see.......this was running 100% WMO though.

Yea I think the 100% is a bit too much for the stock pump to handle. I am still experimenting with 50/50 WMO mix in my 99 PSD and actively looking for waste automatic transmission fluid in bulk amounts to be able to run a higher and cleaner percentage.

The 50/50 mix burns wonderfully in my 87 John Deere utility tractor with just a haze of smoke.
