What's this? Wires disconnected

Found this wire broken, it's on the passenger side, looks like it's connected to some sort of vacuum valve

That's your low vacuum warning sensour. It triggers the BRAKE light on the dash. Essentially, they signal a vacuum leak or a failed vacuum pump and warn you that you've lost your power brakes.

Just go to Harbor Freight and get a pack of 14-16 gauge heat shrink butt connectors, strip the wires, crimp them together, and hit it with a heat gun to shrink and seal it. They do NOT come apart. I hate the normal ones because with some vibration, they can come off. The heat shrink ones with the hot glue inside are EXTREMELY hard to pull apart, and I feel safe using them.

Not on my truck at least, as I've still not gotten around to hooking it back into the vacuum manifold. So my brake light has been on for about a year now, but no RABS light.
