It has been a while since I have posted on here, but I just recently adopted another truck and have some projects I need to get working on. The truck will be nice as it is a four door with a lot more room for the family than the extended cab. It was rebuilt years ago after an unkown (to me) accident so the paint is nice.
First off the headliner is getting wet behind the dome light. I first thought maybe it was coming in from the cargo/bed light, but I sealed it up real good a couple of weeks ago and the headliner is still getting wet. Any ideas? Could the windshield seal leak high enough and then somehow run water towards the back of the cab? I can't see anywhere else the water could come from, the top of the cab looks solid.

Thats a common Ford option. :D If you have roof lights take a good look at them. They like to leak. Another leaky spot is the upper corners of the windshield.

No roof marker lights. Maybe it is coming in from the windshield, but how would it end up back behind the dome light above the back seat?

Total guess here but when I was remounting my air horns i think I remember that the wiring for the dome light ran from the driver side pillar next to the windshield to the light. Could it be leaking at the driver side pillar and riding the wiring to the dome light maybe? dunno just a guess...
