I thought i would share with you guys and upload some pictures comparing the Bosch plugs to the Beru plugs.

I haven't heard to much about Bosch GPs before. I know a lot of people are fearful of running anything other than Motorcraft/Beru plugs. The only plugs i have every really heard of people running into big trouble with are autolites.

I'm not aware of Bosch plugs ever being defective. If anyone has heard of or had them being defective please do tell.

I've never tried Bosch plugs in my 6.9l, but the Mercedes people swear by them and consider Berus to be garbage

Maybe there's an issue because Bosch is the OEM for M-B and Beru is the OEM for Ford/IH? This page documents a comparison between Autolite, Champion, Bosch, Lucas, and Beru plugs for the 6.9l, and while the results point to Bosch being better than Autolites or Champions, it also demonstrates Beru's superiority.

Has anyone who's received their glow plugs NOT gotten Bosch plugs? ...it's sounding like that's what we're all going to get. It sounds to me like, while they're not on par with Berus, they're still better than Autolites. I'm curious to see how they'll do on the 7.3l system...

BTW, all of my parts have shipped now according to U-Haul's site...one package should get here on Saturday, and FedEx doesn't have the other one in their system yet...

Bosch on this end. All thrown in a plastic bag in a big box thought the Injectors were in there too until I picked it up. Supposed to come in today but have not seen them maybe tomorrow.

Depending on where your injectors shipped there may be a delay due to "snowmageddon" - mine were supposed to be in today, but FedEx changed the delivery date to tomorrow - no big deal, truck just sits now anyways. The pump still hasn't shipped out tho, that has me concerned some...

I'm seeing everything shipped except injectors, pump and glow plugs.

I haven't got any of the parts I ordered yet. They still haven't shipped the injectors.

IS the glow plug controller they show work on my truck or is it for an older system?

Just checked my order again, and everything but the pump has shipped, with the various things coming via different shipments. Any word on whether everyone is getting their pumps OK? they still have it listed on their site, so I hope this is just a quirk.

The email they sent confirming your order has a link to check the status of your parts.

I just checked and my IP has shipped.

They gave me 4 tracking numbers only three was good, I'll check now maybe the 4th is good. Got 6 IP's coming today Feb.4. Got partial from Akron OH 16 GP's and tach sensor. Pumps are coming out of Kansas City. With free shipping and split deliveries I think there going to lose there butt.
