Why can't you view the site without Silverlight? I can't install Silverlight (Microsoft products don't play nicely with Linux), and my only problem was that whatever was supposed to be on the left side of the screen wouldn't display. I was still able to see the parts list, which included part numbers, and was able to place my order without any problems.

I'm guessing Silverlight allows you to see stock photos?

Did the F-Super Duties have a higher rev limit? The day I drove mine home, before I knew any better, it had no problem revving to 4,000 rpm.

Maybe the F-Super Duties had a higher rev limit due to the 5.13 gears?:dunno
I'm pretty sure they didn't, but I'm not 100% certain. I'm guessing either your pump's pretty worn out or you somehow got a pump that dyoung played with

And, I would hope that U-Haul would keep pumps meant for IH applications separate from IP's meant for Ford applications...my guess is the comment about the box trucks having 2800 governed IP's was referring to the IH trucks...

Anything is possible. :dunno The truck has 126,000 miles on it and still has all the original injectors. I don't think Dyoung had his hands on this IP. Unless he worked for the landscaping company in Minnesota that owned this truck before I bought it.LOL

I'm going to have a guy at a local diesel shop rebuild my IP. By the end of the summer I'm hoping to have my entire fuel system replaced/rebuilt except the injector hard lines and the original fuel filter head.:D

On my girlfriends 89 it will creep to 4000 rpm and i havent worked it over, then my origanal truck the blue 89 f-250 with a zf5 only thing it has ever had was a starter, injectors and IP and returnlines are bone stock from ford and it will turn 3800 all day long

Just remember guys, you can do a spring swap and that will work OK, but the calibration is set up for that particular spring, and in the end, the pump may still perform sub-par for you without a complete recalibration.

I got a partial shipment today of my order. Just the tach sensor and 16 glow plugs. GP's are ZD9 BOSCH, not Beru. Oh well guess they'll work tho.

Are they any different then the junk Bosch that they sell at the parts store today? Man, I was really hoping these would be Beru's.

Like I said, there Bosch. Got 16 of the 24 I ordered. Look's like your going to get a hundred of them maybe..:D

This is going to be fun trying to keep track if they send partial orders.

Affirmative. I just got mine and they too are ZD9 Bosch plugs(made in japan).

Edit: They shipped them all together in one bag, not in individual bags like the motorcraft/Beru plugs, and I just noticed that there is condensation in the bag that they all came in. :dunno

I haven't heard to much about Bosch GPs before. I know a lot of people are fearful of running anything other than Motorcraft/Beru plugs. The only plugs i have every really heard of people running into big trouble with are autolites.

I'm not aware of Bosch plugs ever being defective. If anyone has heard of or had them being defective please do tell. :)
