Nearing the end of the swap, which has been a garbage fire from the get-go. Now all I have left, besides welding the firewall, floorpan, and misc., is making a CDR mount for the ATS-style factory turbo setup. I haven’t been able to find engineer drawings or anything, so I was wondering if anyone could take measurements or send photos of the valve cover mounting bracket so I could throw something together.

Don't over think it. A simple L-bracket spot welded to the top of the valve cover will work. Here are a few pictures focusing on other things, but with the valve cover in the frame.

Are the factory turbo valve covers with the CDR mounting bracket ideal for this? Are they hard to find/come by?

I found one for around $140 bucks and thought about buying that and doing a new banks pulse turbo kit.

If you fab one, make sure to put a baffle inside the valve cover as they come that way. Otherwise you'll eat more oil through that CDR than normal.
