Truck Runs Hot

I have an 06 6.0 with no egr cooler and 124k miles on it. I have a 24 ft enclosed car trailer and at any speed over 60 my truck trys to run hot loaded or empty. The fan will come in and cool it down but it still trys to run hot even on flat ground. If I hook my 16 ft landscape trailer behind it and run over 70 same thing. Does anyone have any suggestions. The truck starts and runs fine but it just trys to run hot and yes I am running in tow haul so that can`t be it. Do I need a bigger radiator or electric fans or what. Thanks Skip

do you still have the egr valve pluged in or a tuner to cope with the egr delete?
