All this in 2-HI. T-case engages when cold. I can feel the front dshaft rotating. Then about 10 minutes into my drive to work it disengages. Then does the same thing on drive home. I removed front shaft and the yoke on diff. is free. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Truck specs are in sig.

Sounds like the shift plate is falling away from the shift fork. Pretty common on 1356 t cases. The shaft the is connected to the shift linkage has probably worn into the tcase housing causing it to have slop.
