As I said in the other thread, Post #4 about the TC motor that it wouldn't move even when it's off the TC.

So I tore it down. If anyone else has to, you have to keep the Position Sensor in relation to quadrant gear position, that's the Black plastic module. Mark the gear position so that it's in the same position as when it waas taken off.
I found nothing wrong with the gears or position sensor module. Now to re-install it and apply 12VDC at the motor, hopefully it will move the TC to a position that will indicate 2wd, 4wd Hi or 4wd Lo. I'm going to set the in cab switch to 2wd then stop when I get the 2wd lite. Going to remove the positioning relays. If nothing moves, then it's TC tear down time.
