Transfer case fluid change advice please.....

Changing the transfer case fluid in my '02 F-350 7.3L 4x4. My truck has the dash switch/solenoid selector as opposed to the manual floor shift lever. Any suggestions for which fluid to use?

It will literally work on any thinner oil that the pump can circulate. I recommend the same as the trans because seals can let go and the fluid transfers from one to the other.

I have always run dex3/mercon. Which should be the same thing the 4r100 or zf6 calls for.
