Can you explain why a little more. Mine will lock in third at 25mph any lower and it shifts down. That's just with the b&m shift kit. No lock up mod.

"Make sure that when going under 30 MPH, that the switch is UNLOCKED. Stopping may become harder and you can burn up the transmission in 1st and 2nd gear with the converter locked due to lack of lubrication."

ok so rather than running two switches for the TC lock up so i can keep the computer in the run.

can i run a switch from the TC wire (purple with yellow stripe i beleive) up into the cab and hook up to a switch. and also run a ground wire into the switch as well. because it is still keeping the computer in the loop. so i dont see any problems with that setup.
