Top draw for wmo systems, anyone ever make one??

I don't have one but wondering if anyone has tried making one.
What I think they do from a floating intake, pull in any fluid just a couple inches under the surface.
Since settling is important in wmo usage.
I'll try to find a pic of what they should look like.

I think MEDICMOE has one of these. Not sure where he's been lately but he built something like this last year I believe? he put a shrader valve in the top of it? maybe shoot him a pm and ask?
