Tie rod torque

Can someone tell me what the big nut on the tie rod ends should be torqued to? Thanks

The castle nuts on the stud or the nuts on the adjustment tubes?

Factory Service Manual says 52-74 Ft/Lbs. Get it to 60Ft/Lbs and then tighten until you can get a cotter pin in.

I would agree with that posting about 60 lbs and then turn till an opening is available for the cotter pin...
