This sucks

I went and picked up my heads today, they look pretty good but that doesnt mean anything. I looked at the surface and since he milled some off i looked at the pre-cups and i am a little concerned, it looks like there just a little bit bigger idk if thats a problem. Also on one of then the edge is a little rough should i do anything about that. And i didnt pay them yet so hopefully i can get them on before they ask for their money, so i can see if their gonna work.

Yea. Your dad should have known better. Show him this thread. He should fund your repair since you told him they were no good, and he made you use them anyway. I'm helping my boy build a truck, and if I make a mistake in parts selection, I sure as heck won't be asking him to pay for it.

I didn't read the whole thread....but...I'd suggest stayin' out of other folks' biz....if anyone gets betwixt me and family they usually end up with egg on their face or other things....never mind the other stuff....never interfere with family...your mileage will vary....
