Made a bracket to hold a Racor clone separator, then regulator and gauge before the fresh rebuilt 110cc pump.

most of the fuel line in front are only mocked up, making sure everything is going to fit before sealing and setting.

Finally got my '90 F-350 back in action after a complete fuel system overhaul. Purchased new by my grandfather in September '89. He had the ATS Turbo fitted a year later, but burned through two engines before the current specimen--configured identically to the 1993 models--was installed new in '05. Total mileage on the engine is only around 8k, so it's barely broken in. I've been riding around in the truck since I was a toddler, and with these upgraded turbo-spec injectors, it's a totally different animal.

That's the truth. Replacing individual components piecemeal only serves to perpetuate the game of whack-a-mole that inevitably crops up once air intrusion sets in. Best to start right at the fuel tanks and don't quit until everything after them is new.

Those cupholders are worth their weight in gold :)

Hers my '90 f250 non turbo IDI. spotted this while driving down the rd sitting at the end of a driveway with a for sale sign. 1200 bucks later she was all mine haha. Replaced both batteries changed the oil and glow plugs and she ran like a champ! So far I've also replaced floor pans, whole new brake system including lines and calipers, and currently working on cleaning up the paint. Daily driven

This old ferd is affectionately named Cheech, my $500 6.9 idi on life support. It's an 85 F-250HD with a T19 and 4x4, and the only creature comforts are power steering, and cruise control. I picked it up in the spring of '23, and resurrected it after she sat at a farm for 20 years. So far I've thrown on a new fuel tank, replaced the IP and injectors with a random set from a 7.3, and tossed in a new stereo along with my cb (installing mirror antennas soon). I"ll be starting a build thread later tonight going into more detail, and outlining some of the additions I'll be making in the future. Gauge cluster trim is currently out bc I'm wiring in switches for high idle, and a few other goodies.
Finding one with a working tach was definitely a bonus too
