Surging through the gears

Idling, no problems. Cruising at 65 mph, no problems. But getting from first to overdrive with the automatic is terrible. Feels like truck is jumping in and out of overdrive at 30, 40 etc. I have changed the crankshaft position sensor, fuel system relay and new batteries with new cables. Seems electronic to me since it runs fine stretched out and idles fine.
Codes from Dealer: PO336, changed that. PO215, Done all I know to do with that one. P1689, I've read pages and pages on this one and still not sure what to do.
Need guidance please.

Found this on another forum. Wrap both wires coming out of the back of the alternator with aluminum foil. It worked.
Also ordered a BD-Power Dodge APPS Noise Isolator for a more permanent fix.
