Stuttering throttle

This truck has had this problem for a long time but has gotten worse lately, during light throttle application and early in the drive cycle, its like your feathering the throttle but much faster than humanly possible. One upon a time I changed the TPS when the problem wasn't so bad and it didn't seem to change much. Ideas?

TPS and IVS, both are found under there. Which one is defective - who knows!! Besides, they aren’t the same components each year. Do a proper scan.

I may have found it, I drove around a bit today with the chip in the stock position and the stuttering seemed to stop, tomorrow I'll pull the chip and clean the contacts, it's been years since I've had it out

For sure got it this time, the IVS, had to bend the tab out a little and it took a few tries but now it's as smooth as silk
