starting issue

so if i run the line straight off the relay to the switch i can eliminate the controler on the back of the motor? i'm getting power into the controller but not out. my relay is puting out 11.9 volts to the top of the controller, but nothing is going to the plugs.

REALLY THIS TIME!!! my starting problem is now solved!!! my relay sounds like a remote control prop plane under my hood now! thanks everyone!
