Finally started my intercooler install today and got fairly far on it. Iv had this intercooler sitting in my room for a while just haven't had the time to get it installed. Here are a bunch of pics of the install. I should be finishing it up tomorrow and get more pics uploaded. I have the cooler mounted and all the tubing laid out in my head where i want to go with it. But because my tubing is 3" aluminum tubing i have to use a cut off disk that hasnt been used on steel yet due to welding purposes. Of course the moment i realize this all my local stores where closed -cuss. Enjoy ;p take a look.

What intercooler is that? What are you planning to do for grille fitment afterwards, or does the stock grille fit in over the IC?

Looks good!! ;Sweet

More pics.. still not done with it because i had to order a speciel 90 with 2" on one side and 3" on the other. but all the pipes got tig welded together yesterday. So as soon as i get that elbow in its a matter of putting it back together. My on board air pump made the cold side very fun.

Cold side. Actually has plenty of room for engine shake.

Looking good AT. Hope to see it finished soon. Did you ever get your wiring sorted out? I'm still grinding away at it when I get time off from work (rare these days).-cuss

Where did you get the holders for the dash indicator bulbs? I'm looking for some like yours that don't use the stock circuit paper.
