Spped Sensor

Does anyone have the part number for the speed sensor for my truck? I am finding four different ones at Advanced Auto Parts. I have a 94 truck that HAD a 2WD trans in it. I installed a 4x4 trans and case from a 92. Is the sensor in the rear diff or the transfer case?

Speed sensor is in the rear diff. Just put one in my 92 a few weeks ago, but don't have the part number. I got it from the Ford Dealership for under $35. Might look into a factory part before you go straight to the aftermarket.
