So first off I would just like to say sorry to the few people I told I was going to send parts to and never did you will get them i just need more time to finish what i started. Its been a crazy year so far with work and everything else. I have had so many side jobs given to me this year its nuts. Not trying to make excuses just saying there is only so much time in the day and i am doing what i can.

I have not been on oilburners for a while I kinda figured I upset a bunch of people and it might just be best to stay away, but its such a nice helpful group of people on here and I really enjoy reading and learning stuff here. I have learned so much helpful info on these old diesels I never knew.

Sorry everyone
JOHN

Thanks for the update. We do care enough to worry about members. I understand side jobs taken with good intensions. We try to force 30 hours into each 24 hour day sometimes. But thats life. You know members are truly interested in what you have attempted to make for many. I personally feel its a great idea making aluminum return caps. Will it help.. Sure will. Nothing worse than cost effective parts breaking cause some bean counter felt they could make a few pennys on a cheaper material. In the end what your doing is what the oem parts should have been all along. Keep at it and I don't think anyone is making fists at you in their pockets...

Well thanks for stopping by and speaking to all.

I'm not sure but if promises where made and got broken it's not too big a deal so long as cash was not given and nothing gotten.

***** happens and we all know that's just the way life goes.

Thanks for the update, and ya whats scoop on those **** caps?

Put me down for a set when they get up and running!

Good to see ya back

Al

I think we are all ok with you being too busy, I too have this problem. As long as you are doing the best you can no one can ask any more.
But the sooner you get those beauties done the happier we will be .lol
And I also have a project for a cnc lathe if you are game.
