anybody ever run solid rollers on a hydraulic roller cam?

Don't recommend doing that. The lobe shape ground on the cam is different for the hydraulic roller lifter. Would it work? Maybe but it changes the characteristics on the cam design.

Not sure how I posted this in the dodge section. oops.
After researching i thoroughly I found that lots of people have done it but you have to run very tight lash (.005)
from the reading I did it sounds like solid rollers are a bad idea for street use anyway.
