Smoke after replacing fuel lines

Just replaced steel fuel injector lines and the little wires that connect to the glow plugs and now it is smoking at idle and I hear a small knocking/ticking sound when driving but not at idle
It always blew black smoke when reving and still does. But there is whitish/grey smoke coming from exhaust at idle and truck makes knocking/ticking sound when driving
What could be the deal
94 f250 7.3 idi turbo

Probably got some crud in an injector.

Ddiscovered I was dumb and mixed the 4 and 5 lines

As crazy as the bends are in some of the new lines, that wouldnt be hard to do.
