You are correct about how it is manufactured... I was trying to relate from a wind drag stanpoint and made a bit too basic of a statement.

Well, now I can come back and add to this thread. As I said in an earlier post, we were between campers… well, we are no longer between campers. We bought this a few weeks back and have been working on getting it ready.

It is a 1994 Fleetwood Wilderness XT-1 18N Travel Trailer. It is an 18 footer. Has all the amenaties. Heat, A/C, Kitchen, Full bath, Fridge, Microwave. Has a double in the back, and the dinette that will convert to a bed. We have happy with it and now have it ready to go. Being older, there are a couple things that I need to address but nothing serious. Everything works… so that is a plus, and it still has all the RV “stuff” in it. I saw so many that had dorm fridges and/or window A/C in them. We use ours way too much and do travel enough that a dual fuel fridge is important…. the roof A/C is so much easier and better than a window unit sticking out of somewhere….

Yea, I know.. but at least it’s a Ford…..

I am impressed of how well the 3.5EB F-150 tows it. It weighs in at about 4000lbs

SNicklas nice trailer!

idioit I hope that is a recent pick and it’s Manchero 2.0 back on the road after Manchero 1.0 decided to tip. Also enjoy seeing the Ford super duper crew cab!

Don't feel bad about the F150 Scott, I towed my Dad's trailer to Darrins Fall Brawl 1200 miles with my F150 running the dreaded 5.4 lol. Nobody recognized me when I pulled in, I grew my beard out, had a different truck and trailer. While everyone was sitting around the fire they were wondering where the heck my wife came from when she walked up!

Went out to Fontana, CA (Big trucking area.), used my IH 7.3 IDI, and picked up a new toy I bought at auction to tinker with. An old IH Cub Cadet, its a tweener tractor. Bigger than a lawn tractor, but not quite a full sized tractor. I think my 6 year old nephew will want to ride around and steer for me.

I had the low boy version of that a couple years ago. It might be a little tight fitting an adult and kid on that seat!
