Yes, but I wouldn't make that a permanent installation there. I would still want to be able to bleed out air by using it.

That's where I was testing mine. Just use a tire core removal tool to get out the core valve and shove your test gauge hose on it. Didn't need a clamp even for the cheap HFT low fuel pressure/vac test gauge. Zip tied the gauge to the cowl so I could see it when driving. But it's the RV so the fuel filter is right close on the driver's side so it easily reached.
