Drill you some new holes and bolt it in there. Just make sure where the new holes are going that there is nothing in the way of where that drill bit is going.

Right. Its going to be a tight squeeze if there hidden by the trans. You could always pull the trans cover plate inside the truck to maybe give you better access to where the bolts are going. Just a thought.

. I'm missin what the jump seat is sittin on but I think my boss is gettin that so what I may do is just bolt that to the inside mounts and just bolt the out side like it's supposed to be bolted on I think that'll work

Trucks and Broncos with factory bucket seats had a re-enforced section in the middle of the floor to accept the inside bolts. Look at the outer bolts and take note of how they added metal to that area for a regular bench seat.

Use a step drill bit from lowes, this is what I used it doesn't walk and doesn't wrap the carpet up around the bit, after a couple times of pulling my new carpet insulation I tried the step bit for sheet metal and it worked well didn't even remove the carpet. But it doesn't work well in thick metal.

i would weld a nut onto a thick, big washer.
hole saw the floor where the nut would go,
bolt em on the seat, tach in place
remove seats and finish welding.
