building a truck to haul dry vans in preparation to move, which wont be for some time.
64 F600 chopped cropped and clapped!
came to the realization that a single cab just isnt my style
so i went ahead on another grand adventure thats currently sitting in the rain!
glad i have a blast booth! haha

first i tried to mate a slick with a fridge...
while i liked the idea, it just wasnt in the cards.

then i found another slick side cab for dirt cheap.
and bought every door within a 80 mile radius lol

cut the back doors to 80% width of the front doors.
i got the cab kinda tach'd together and did a little photoshop magic to see how well itll play out.

i must say, i love it.
way better than buying a clapped out railroad crew that was slapped together with sub par metal work.
i have a total of 1k into this, with the purchase of the original cab

AAAAND THIS IS WHERE THINGS WENT OFF THE RAILS
like it wasnt going to be insane before this step.
anyways.
i didnt care for the lack of 4wd on the class 6 chassis.
so i picked up a 09 F550 chassis for another 1200.
and decided to dump my spare DT466 into it.
wellllllllllll.
in order to clear the big a$$ ZF steering box, and retain my compressor and powersteering pump,
i had to set the engine back pretty far :kick:
so far... that i am now making this cab lift up for engine access
front end will tilt forward.

what can i say, im "gluten" for punishment

still a ways to go, and working on side jobs now lol
