I have a 94 F250 with a 7.3 Idi I replace the injectors and the return lines the original return lines have a fuel line crossing over the top of the engine the new kit did not have a fitting so I could run a line across the top Is this need it or can I just leave out the line that goes from the left side of the engine to the right. Since I completed the job when I start the engine it bucks and shakes has a hard time starting

Bots sides have to return to the tank. If you do not have the passenger side connected to the tank return, either by crossing over to the drivers side, or teeing into the return line tee at the back, then you do not have the passenger side turning.

Here is a sample diagrams of routing from Mel at Conestoga Diesel:

You don't have to follow this exact routing, but it gives you an idea of what needs to connected to return to the tank.
