Sory your having issues with leaks. Can you tell us where you purchased the return line kit? Also I found it best to use an exacto knife to cut away the casting flash under the cap. You usually can feel the sharp edge where the o rings is supposed to slide past. Also are you feeling the cap completely set correctly? You need to feel it snap into place twice. There should be a small gap between the hard line nut and the plastic cap. Might try placing an old o ring between the nut and the injector plastic cap. Sometimes that acts as the needed pressure to install tha cap all the way down on the injector.

Ya I did all that lol put alittle grease in the cap like last time which it sealed it last time and it didn't work this time.it gets worse by turning it.and the local parts store I think it's a ford kit or somethin like that I've used it before and it was good I've never had problems like this

Yep been there before. But then I said hey I can get this el cheapo part from Vatozone and be back on the road same day I'll do that then the parts fails so now I have to spend more time on this and redoing all this work again when I could have just ordered the good parts online and only have to fix it once.
Theres a lesson in here somewhere. ;Sweet

we used a napa kit on our 6.9, over a year now probably 3-5k no leaks, got a kit from conestoga for 7.3 with pump and injectors, only about 2 hrs on that one so far, still puttin it back together.

No somethin about the plastic it's self seemed thicker and was tighter on the injector.i couldn't stick my finger as far in ok the old cap as I could on the newer one.
