Well I’ve got my fuel system all pulled apart. The injectors in my recently swapped motor are messed up. The rear drivers side was finger tight! Then the copper washer came out totally deformed and looked to be double stacked but it’s just one?

The next one pulled came out in pieces so I ground down the body threads for the head and rethread into the injector body it came right out..but these things are cover in what looks like coked up oil..the seal is stuck in the head and it’s a mess in the injector bore..I tried the search but couldn’t find any tricks to pull the copper and clean the bore?

Any advice?

Try using the google search engine, with site:www.oilburners.net pasted after your query.

I was able to get mine out with a dental pick.
But if that didn't work my plan B was to find a long lag bolt that had just the right threads to screw (lightly by hand) into the washer so I could pull it.
Good luck to you.

I purchased a bunch of used dental tools on Ebay.
