ram air hoods etc

hey guys my factory ford hood has seen better days. I need to replace it.

My question is who makes some nice quality functioning ram air hood for the obs 1997 fords?


Would ram air or cowl induction be better or both?

Are any of them made in USA?

There are a couple manufacturers that make a reverse cowl hood--like the ones on the Z28's ....

I lost the link info when my system threw a 7 last year

IMVHO cowl induction not only looks better but gets cooler more dense air from the base of the windshield

anyway, Geo is spot on the money, cowl induction is preferable over ram air

with ram-air, you have to know exactly how air flows over it.. with cowl induction, you know where hi-pressure air is going to be..
