Can't hardly see my radio during the day due to the way its angled and the sun coming through the front window. Side and rear windows are tinted. Has anyone come up with a clever way to shield their radio? Some kind of homemade visor?

Seems you could put just about anything, like a notebook, on the dash, to block the sun for that small amount of time you need it.

Also comes directly from China. Funny how they are charging sales tax on it too. So you save about 80 cents on ebay, no tax.

ebay estimates getting it much sooner... between Wed. Aug. 21 and Fri. Aug. 30

I'm not sure exactly how well it would help in this situation. But you could get the clear uv blocking tint on your windshield. Will help with temperature as well as protect your interior. Plus get the "brow" tinted.

I actually put window tint on the front display screen of the stereo. Actually put several layers on till I achieved desired tint. Made a huge difference, day & night. During daylight hours it was so bright you couldn't see anything on the screen, during night it was like driving with the dome light on. Window tint fixed the problem. Cheap easy fix that's easily reversible.
