Ok, I read the manual... It shows a fuse for trailer battery charger, and states its is a full ISO... What does that mean... Do I need to buy a fuse to get power to my trailer, or is it already there....

Don't know what they mean by ISO - but are you checking for power with the key on or off? My 04 does not have power to the trailer battery unless it's running or the key is in the "on" position.

Yes the key has to be on and it should have everything from factory. You might have blown a fuse? But it should be plug in and go.
