Where is the fuel shut off sylenoid located

It's the wire right on top of the Injecton pump. With the key on you should be able to unplug and replug it and it will make an audible click.

i get a slight slick inside when I disconnect and reconnect the front wire. Nothing when I disconnect the rear wire

That should be right then. If your truck was down for a while, might have to reprime the fuel system. It's something simple.

Only down for about 4 days. when it warms up I’ll crack some injectors and crank it.

Cracked #1 injector today and didn’t really get much out. My wife said it sounded like it was trying to start so I retightened it and it started. Took it for a ride and it did great. I’ll post another question on a new post. Thanks everyone for your help. I really appreciate it.
