Mouse, do you have a 4 1/2" angle grinder? If so, take a look at a pack of flap discs from Benchmark. They take metal down much faster while providing a better surface finish than a pneumatic die grinder. Only time I pickup my die grinder now is if I have to get into a really hard to reach space.

I have a cordless 4 1/2 angle grinder and cordless die grinder. I cant really get the angle one on the inside and was using a grinding disk to mostly cut down the outside, then used the burr in the die to get the low spots. Those are some nice flap disks tho, been using hard ware store ones to knock rust off the frame.

Tetris is a good pass time for me. I did recently get myself a used NES to play tetris. But I debate, I think the super Nintendo nes/Dr Mario is better.

I have that dr mario for game boy and have the clear play it loud one some wear. That game adds nice bit of challenge to tetris, with virus bits that get in the way. Never had a nes and dont think I played that system much, I had the snes and dont know what happened to it. Do still have a atari 800 but needs a power brick. I have a few game for it like pacman, donky kong, star raider and a blue odd cartridge. That blue one is a guy that runs back and forth on the ground with nothing going on, ever so often a storm comes raining acid or something with falling creaturs that need shot.

To add to the video game talk though, I haven't played a video game system since Nintendo 64. And Sega Genesis was the last I was any good at. When the landscapes got 3D I just couldn't figure it out. But do y'all remember the Spiderman and Xman game on NES? It had wolverine, Gambit, cyclops, and spiderman? I sucked at it but the intro music was amazing! I wish I could find it as a ringtone. I actually have the 90s X-Men cartoon theme for when any of the FedEx guys call.......get it..... Fed-X-Men....... you know that's funny right?!

Games are my cheaper hobby, since building trucks is expensive. I've played the nes x men before. Anything on that console was super hard, hence why Nintendo coined the term 'Nintendo hard'
Remember playing a ton of double dragon.
I still have my nes, it's on the shelf with my other console collection.

Well the brackets got cleaner and acid, followed with jb well. This is too try hiding any inprofections, I think there is enough there not to crack.

Then finished the first side, the second try at the filler fit better here. So these are close being finished, where can be checked off the list but the list aint not rote down.

I tried to find a resolution with the twised core and started by seeing what it would take to space out this sides bracked...

Even with that stack of washer, it not quite enough and any more could cause issue with the bumper support.

So I played with mounting the radiator on opposite side of the upper bracket, with washer on one side to give tension...

That really did not get me anywhere with the difference in gap. The passenger side is somewhat jamed agensed a object and if push at the driver side, it will give some but returns. Not sure on what I can use to untwist this core, the mount points are not in the best shape and even there not sure.

That core had nerver fit well and passenger fender was replaced do to damage, by the last owner and the top fender mount on the cab is tweeked. I dont want to be forcing that core to fit again and hope I dont have fitment issues with the intercooler, so sorting it before reinstall. The core support monuts on frame have enough give, to alow the bent up core to bolt up with a slight bit of force for the fenders bolts.
