banks sidewinder turbo (wastegated and non gated versions) pressure chamber o-ring - still in full production.order online or call banks directly and order it anytime you'd like.
banks #93153

factory ats 093 pressure chamber seal - i dunno what it was.currently no longer in production anyway.
carburetor intake gasket for gm cars works.use permatex black (max oil resistance) rtv on both sides of it.
Fel-Pro #60038
Victor Reinz #G27098

disregard the gasket w/black rtv for the o93 hat.i checked mine out while adjusting my timing today, and it's leaking oil,so iv got a boost leak/bad seal.
there must be a better option than rtv? strange.iv always had good luck with it everywhere else.i guess it can't take the air pressure?
we need to find a good fitting o-ring for it or something.

First of all I gotta say I love this site soo much lol,no really everybody has been so help full I never even thought about calling banks for an O-ring duh..anyways I will get that go'n ASAP and thanks! I don't know yet what's under the hat, proly the original seal tho the po took outstandingly good care of it..I will repost on this as soon as I get TIME my Job has gotten crazy busy. Tho when that happens I will take the bran new bb's out of my old truck into my newer to me truck as well as return line kit and fix the hat seal!! Oh I can't wait!! Lol

yeah,i miss that banks pressure chamber.it was so much better designed.it sealed super great with just a standard 0-ring.in fact, you could just just pull it and walk into a hardware store to replace it too.save ya some money.it was a well designed groove made to fit just a standard round ring.this 093 hat didn't have the best engineer working on it.
im trying to think of a good reason why i don't just seal it for good with jb weld to avoid all future sealing issues right now and be done with it.if i don't think of anything good,i might just do it.i really dunno why id ever need to take it off again (if it didn't leak lmao.)

disregard the disregard! :D
turns out the gasket mentioned w/black rtv is working just fine.my oil/boost leak was at the jb weld of the pipe i inserted for intercooler.i thought i coated that mother good.guess not.on the underside where i couldn't see,she was leaking.i cleaned it all up and looked for the oil after work today.easy to spot.

i coated the sucker again with more jb weld while nice and warm, and that stuff slid all over like warm melting butter coating real nice (no recent pic.)
the gasket and rtv seal appears to be working nicely.

That's a good looking set up f250! Got the hat taken off today and found a rubber gasket from auto parts store, not exactly the same square but round, will keep an eye on it for a while! Installed new return kit and must say the driver side was a PITA (old truck didn't have the turbo). Looked over banks k&n filter and decided it had no life left in it and shouldn't trust it any longer! Picked up a bran new one up from oriely's!

Put the new filter on and the banks cover will not fit,so I plan on making a guard of some sort to cover both sides and the bottom and call it good..took it out for a cruise and she builds boost a lot earlier and maby a bit tourque
