Oil pan differences? Gm 6.5 6.2

Hello, with the different body styles of vehicles the 6.2 and 6.5 are in, what are differences and interchangeable pans?

Like 6.2 N/A pan from squarebody work in a gmt400 truck with IFS/ etc.. I am building a 6.5 humvee engine for a 90 k1500 manual truck. And i have a humvee N/A 6.5 pan. A 6.2 square body N/A pan. And a g30 93 N/A van pan and curious if any of these will clear the chassis and differential in 90 model truck? Also note to add i plan to put the larger 9.25 IFS diff later on

Why not purchase the correct pan for the year truck? YOU could look up what the pan looks like for that year truck diesel. That way you’re doing your own research. Also the cross member on a 1500 gas is going to be different then a 2500/3500 Diesel. Will the 1500 frame hold up the massive tq of the diesel? (Hahahaha) you would be much better off with the stock 350 then a cruddy 6.2/6.5. All the time and money your puttting into this could have built a really nice low rps high tq 350.

Chevy half tons were available with diesels.

I believe there's a change in the rear main seal at a certain year. Could affect the pan.

Update. The hummer pan is about an inch too deep to fit and a touch wider. I got my info from another that has mocked up a NA 6.5 in a 93 that had a 305 So looks like a new pan and pickup. Thanks for everyone's responses
