So as the saga continues....
I went to reassemble my oil cooler this past weekend and noticed on the cap that the end of the housing has a crack in it right on the very edge where the tube goes in. Its on the back side of engine.
Is this something I need to worry about?

If I need to replace it does anyone have one thats used but not damaged?

A long time ago, I had on header that had a crack in it, so I archived it. No sense in using it because (best case) it'll just leak outside the block or (worst case) it'll leak oil and coolant together. I had a set of spare headers from ebay, so inspected and used them instead.

These headers will crack if someone doesn't install the o-rings properly. Lots of amateurs will press them in with force, putting a lot of strain on the oil cooler metal flanges clashing with the inner surfaces of the headers.
