I just bought a 95 f350 crew thats been sitting nearly 10 years, someone has stolen the rear passenger window switch from and i am having a hard time finding it and the bezel. Anyone got any ideas? thanks!

OK so i pulled the switch out of the other side and its the same as the front switch, which LMC has. But it looks as though no one reproduces the rear bezel for the switch. I've called salvage yards all around and they don't exist. I did find a guy on another forum 3D printing the drivers side front bezel, but no mention of anything for the rear... looks like i maybe making my own...
