In the first video, the camera Crew in the cab is my truck, that is when we were running on the highway, we probablly slowed down to 50, and kicked it in and bailed at about 80 or so. Obvously from the camere shot, yours truly was not looking at any guages. (now that I saw the video again)You can see my speedo, and it looks like it hits 80, if that is the case, it runs about 8MPH slower so we may have been tickeling 90 MPH. :Sly I will look at my spedo tomorrow.

Mel was in the Gruss truck bed taking the shot of the drag race. Man that truck sounds good! I am gonna have to get a sound clip of my truck from the bed like that!

Darrin Tosh-Do get a sound clip of yours from in the bed. I'm thinking of straightpiping mine, but don't like the cackle I hear from other straightpiped trucks with 3 or 3.5" pipes. Does the larger pipe eliminate that?

I put the truck back to the stock program when we got to the rally. I noticed on the way out to IN the truck was really starting to misfire(best way I can describe it) Seams as if it was starving for fuel. So it looks like the lift pump is on its way out. I was also running a 50/50 mix of WVO so I'm sure I was down on some power. But Big Ed does run very well. The Hank Hill bottle must help out on the bottom end. SO my hat is off to Mr. Tosh Looks like I'll be cashing in a few more weeks of vacation to redeem myself with Darrin.

I got to agree with Gruss less power from WVO sure feels like it to me and the numbers back it up less BTU's per volume so you need more fuel injected to release the same amount of energy
