It took a lot of work to see the second vid, had to wait 10 min, then 4 min, not shure if I am doing something wrong? Anyway to fix that? besides buying an account.

We had a blast, you missed the first race between Rob and I. We took off and I beat him pretty bad, and wondered why. Aparently he did a brake stand to kick up the boost and completely smoked the tires off the line. It was pretty cool seeing the black smoke mixed with the white smoke in my mirror.

I also raced Nick on the highay, and it wasn't even close, that thing pumps out some smoke! and the Goat truck,.... forgetabout it..! that thing is a race truck.

Gruss the truck soudns sweet, I wonder if Mel noticed that with a couple of trucks heading at him over that hill..?

Like I said before it was a Blast, all in good fun, no big ego's or trash talk, just a bunch of good guys wanting to see how there trucks will do.

I saw the second vid at the rally but I cant see it on that site, it keeps telling me that I have to wait 2 minutes that 4 minutes etc. I am not going to buy an account to see one vid,

Is anyone else haveing trouble or is it just me..?

I just had to wait about 10-15 minutes and then the second one worked for me.

yeah if you listen in the first vid, just before Mel says "GO GO GO" you can hear Darrin's horn blasting as i edged up alongside him. Mathias was flapping his arms, apparently trying to reduce wind drag.

Darrin and I both let off as we approached that small hill because we were closing in fast (60 ish) on the camera crew. i'd definitly say in a stoplight to stoplight drag, he'd have handed me my hat. 0-30 is definitly in favor of the IDI.

just goes to show a healthy hopped-up IDI can hang with a stock intercooled PSD (250 hp rating on the valve cover). between our gearing and tire sizes we figured we were geared (final drive) about the same. his truck might be just a little heavier than mine though.

great fun. i'm waiting to get smoked by Russ after he gets his bugs worked out. then i may have to spend a little mad mod money. maybe

click on the link to the video. the page that comes up, scroll to the bottom and click FREE

next page, scroll down half way, wait fot the countdown then type in the code they show there , it's case sensitive. then click download.

it should download and start playing on your computer. you save save it to your disk and play it from your desktop so you dont have to download it each time you watch it.

OK just watched the video. Two errors on the video 1: Russell is spelled with two L's so I'm not sure who that russel guy is? 2: I put the truck back to the stock program when we got to the rally. I noticed on the way out to IN the truck was really starting to misfire(best way I can describe it) Seams as if it was starving for fuel. So it looks like the lift pump is on its way out. I was also running a 50/50 mix of WVO so I'm sure I was down on some power. But Big Ed does run very well. The Hank Hill bottle must help out on the bottom end. SO my hat is off to Mr. Tosh Looks like I'll be cashing in a few more weeks of vacation to redeem myself with Darrin.
