No power to IP or glowplugs

Hi, new here. I've got a 1991, f350, 4x4, 7.3, zf5 . Just bought the truck, has been sitting up for couple years. I'm not getting a wait to start light, no power to injector pump or glowplugs. All fuses under dash good, any other things I should look for, thanks

On the engine bay side, the black connector on the passenger side of the engine has 2 fusable links, one feeds the fuel heater and the other feeds everything else, I would start there and see if one of them is burnt out.
