Ahh the never ending saga of wiring problems. Here's what I'm batting now.
When key is turned to the on position the following comes on
Radio
Lights/Cab/dash.

What doesn't come on is the
GlowPlug light and I don't here the relay clicking.
Next is No power to the FSS(I think that's what it's called)
I swapped out my GlowPlug harness with a good one from the 86 still no change.
Thought?

Try the main engine harness plug. Follow it off the engine, over the valve cover. The main plug is a common problem point.

What else have you tested?
* Wipers
* Turn signals
* HVAC blower
* reverse lights

Did you check ALL fuses?

Key on power is usually a green wire with a red stripe. If you apply power manually to the IP connector with a jumper wire, and hear the glow plug controller energize, then that wire is not getting power from the chassis.

Use a test light, and fire up your brain. Find out why there is no power there.

A wiring diagram would also help you.

Ya maybe the one in the manual I sent....
Haha forgot about that. ;Really

If I get time tonight I'll get my test light out and see what's going on. The switch that's on the steering column has power to all the wires but one(red wire with green stripe) if I remember correct the wires getting voltage but the switch isn't it's brand new from carquest but I might have to return it and get a new one.

Just to confirm, does the FSS click when you connect its regular power feed wire (not the jumper) to it? If so, and if you've physically got fuel going into the IP but not coming out of it, that def. puts the focus on the IP.
