Hey guys I’ve recently got a 2004 6.0 I did head gaskets and some other stuff to it awhile ago. But I still don’t have heat in the cab I’ve checked the blend door it works and everything is hooked up if it gets up to operating temp I have heat for a split second then it goes back to cold air any ideas?

I’ll look into a little more it’s full on coolant from what I can tell and I’m guessing you gotta pull the dash to do the heater core in the super duty?

Do you have the vacuum operated valve on the coolant flow to the heater core?

No you do NOT have to pull the dash to get to the heater core. Just remove the glovebox and you are there. Remove the heater box cover and you are golden.
