What do you fellows mean about the front lift blocks? At least FL doesn't do vehicle safety inspections. You're good to go if you pay your fees unless you p**s off a law enforcement officer or get into a bad accident.

with the front blocks when cornering the extra heigth increases the leaverage on the front u-bolts and could result in the blocks getting spit out causing a wreck

Agreed, you really should look into getting rid of the front blocks. I the same truck out of AZ that had lift blocks, I was able to remove them and add a leaf an got the same lift. Looks like your blocks are bigger.

Other than that, Truck! Congrats. The truck will be great with a little body work and paint. But the best part,.... NO RUST! gotta love those southern bodys,..

You really did get a good deal on it, that truck would bring 6 to 7K up here.

so yea.... trucks great, i'm very happy I went ahead and got it....It even has some "go" to it..... I wasn't 100% sure how peppy it was gunna be, but it sure gets the job done....

Hope we don't scare you away Sam, you know a nice pretty girl, especially one that likes trucks is going to get some attention from a bunch of guys like us. About the truck, doesn't the turbo make a huge difference? I also suspect the C6 eats up a lot of power, I'm fixing to switch over to a manual myself when I get the time and money, so I'm not surprised it is a lot quicker than your old IDI.

Been there done that, got the torn up bloody t shirt Lesson learned at young age, factory engineers smart, overpriced 4x4 shop that had pops truck tied up for 6 months customizing it---bad.
