Hello fellow oil burners. I purchased a 87 F250 6.9 IDI last year. It needs some TLC under the hood and some rusty parts will need replaced. I’ve been reading a lot of the great
information you guys provide on these forums. I look forward to sharing my journey with the OB community and learning much more from you guys.

Here are a few pictures of the old girl.

WOW! That is a clean truck! At least on the outside. Welcome to OB!

Nice truck, but why do you cover the rear license plate for a picture and leave the front showing?

I didn’t realize that about the license plate until now. I guess I was rushing when I took the pictures.

I filled in the signature line like you suggested. If there is anything else I need to do just let me know.

I appreciate the welcome guys.

I have a few plans for the truck to make it my own. It will take a few years but I think it will be worth it.

I would like to make it a 4x4 with a solid front end.

Swap out the C6 to a ZF S5-47.

Install head-studs.

And last but not least a turbo.:Thumbs Up
