The GM body isn't as nice as the 80-97 Ford body style. It feels fragile to me. Not when towing, but when loading and driving off road. A lot of it is probably the plastic dually fender, but still. The doors are light and need to be slammed more than the older ones.

that said - non of them are made like they used to. I love this truck.
