Oh ya, aluminum works then. Might I suggest finding a way to run a class 8 truck filter on the end like the powerstroke boys do, keeps the cost of a filter change down.

Get your exhaust first......kits come with enough pipe for a cclb truck. Your rclb will give you enough left over pipe to build a nice intake tube

Check out Ebay for the Powerstroke exhaust set ups, then look in the FAQ here on the forum and it will show you how to modify it for our trucks

theres a dynomax kit for the NA trucks but if you go online i found 4inch axle back tailpipe for a PSD for $28 on summit/jegs

since you already have a turbo half the work is done. if you want a straight pipe just order a tailpipe and go down to a local exhaust shop and buy a straight pipe and clamps

Where do u get a 4" exhaust for 6.9l?

your downpipe is fine.. just buy a 3" to 4" adapter... tailpipe as listed and some straight tubing at your local shop
