Hi in the Cascades, Nearly- Redmond,Oregon
@DougBoy66 They got delivered today. I'm going try to put them in tomorrow or next day, Freezing Fog rolled in night before last & it's been very cold & miserable round here yesterday & today. Been out in it out there working on my 40x64 shop I'm building.

I want my hands all warmed up when I install them. If my hands & fingers are really cold & freezing I'm afraid the new LED bulbs will stick to my fingers & then I'll start shinning!!!! LOL LOL

Enjoy it while ya got it Goat!
54 today 61 tomorrow then we dip into the high 40`s.
lows at night 20`s but Sunday 18 and Mon night 16.
The High pressure has to break some time soon. But
did hear a drier winter though.
Suppose to be a dry year 3 years back, and they got
57 feet of snow up in the Sierra.
Oh well, it`s still Fall.

Depends on your headlights sizes.

For my ‘86 with the 5x7. I went down this rabbit hole and ended up with Hella H4 Eurostyle housings, and there 100w/50w bulbs. Plus the relay harness.

Really wanted some 5x7 LED’s but since I drive mainly in the winter I was concerned about the LED’s not melting snow, and the ones with heaters like (Trucklites) are $400 CAD each!

Then I added some nice bright yellow fog lights under my bumper to help on darker roads and storms.

Well now that my new headlights have shown up, wanted to share my first impression on them.

Good from a distance, but it looks like the craftsmanship was a little... Sloppy.
The headlight bezel was cut and a sheet of plexiglass put in, and the cuts are crooked and angled. Not obvious from a distance, but up close its very obvious.

Other than that, they look well made. Brand new units with a headlight relay kit already in the box, so I dont need to do the relay mod seperately. Came with both headlamps, both ballasts, and bulbs.

Gonna install them here shortly....
